I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of my customers and want you to know that I will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to other companies or businesses for any purpose. In this Privacy Policy,I've provided information on when and why I collect your personal information and how I use it.

 

What personal data do I collect?

 

As part of the registration process for my  mailing list I collect  your name and email address. This information is collected either online via my website to my third party email provider, Mailchimp, or by taking your details by hand. In both cases I explicitly ask for your consent, to ensure that you are happy to hear from me from time to time.

 

Why do I collect your information?

 

I collect the information for a couple of reasons: to keep you informed of things you’ve asked me to tell you about; to contact you if I need to obtain or provide additional information; to check my records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I do not rent or sell my email list to any other individuals, organisations or businesses.

I use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver my newsletters and promotional emails. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my email communication. How do I store your information?

 

Your information is stored electronically within my email provider’s database, as described above.
